A four-stop cut on an 86mm thread, the Irix Edge ND16 keeps big front elements shooting at wide apertures in daylight while holding color dead neutral.
As a full neutral density design it decreases light uniformly across the surface, so exposure stretches while camera settings hold steady. Highest-quality optical glass, multilayer anti-reflective coatings on both sides, double-sided hydro- and oleophobic nano coatings, and a durable low-profile aluminum frame with knurled edges keep handling easy and vignetting at bay on wide lenses.
Key Features
- 4-stop (1.2) uniform neutral density
- Low-profile knurled aluminum frame resists vignetting
- Multilayer anti-reflective coatings applied to both sides
